We want you to love your piece. If something’s off, we’ll help. Most items are made-to-order; please review the policies below and start a request here.
Assured Fit — Free Size Exchange (30 Days)
- Free size exchange within 30 days of delivery on eligible items.
- We’ll provide a prepaid return label and ship the new size at no cost.
- Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (try-on is okay).
Returns (Customer-Paid Shipping)
- Prefer an outright return? No problem—customer pays return shipping.
- Start your return within 30 days of delivery: Return Portal.
- Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Original shipping and Shipping Protection are not refundable once an order ships.
- Refunds go back to the original payment method:
- Card: typically 3–5 business days after we process your return.
- Klarna/Pay-Later: Klarna adjusts your schedule; any paid installments are refunded by Klarna.
- PayPal: typically within 24 business hours after processing.
Defects & Print Issues (On Us)
- If there’s a manufacturing, print, or fulfillment defect, we’ll replace or refund at no charge.
- Please upload clear photos on a flat, well-lit surface (include the barcode sticker if available) when you submit your request.
- Long-term wear & care: normal fading over time isn’t a defect. If a print clearly fails prematurely outside 30 days, we’ll review case-by-case. As a courtesy, if a print has substantially failed within 24 months, we typically offer 50% off a replacement.
Shipping Protection (Optional Add-On)
Add Shipping Protection at checkout for fast-track help if something goes wrong in transit.
- Immediate replacement is provided if your order is lost or arrives damaged, including porch theft confirmed by a valid delivery scan.
- No carrier claim required; this is a store guarantee, not insurance.
- Claim window: submit within 7 days of the delivery date or within 15 days of the last tracking update.
- Resolution: free reprint & reshipment to the original address, or store credit if the item is unavailable.
- Exclusions: incorrect/insufficient addresses, unclaimed packages, freight forwarders, international duties. We will reship one time to the original address.
Orders Marked “Delivered” (Without Shipping Protection)
- Carriers sometimes scan early. Please allow 2–3 days for the package to arrive and check with neighbors or building staff.
- If still missing, file a carrier claim (e.g., USPS claims). We’ll help where we can, but orders marked delivered aren’t refundable without Shipping Protection.
Order Edits & Cancellations
- Most items are made-to-order. You can request edits or cancellation before production begins (often within a few hours of ordering).
- Use the link in your confirmation email or contact us with your order number. Once production starts, cancellation isn’t guaranteed; we’ll help via exchange/return.
Gift Returns & Exchanges
Gifts follow the same policies. We can issue store credit to the recipient if needed. Start here: Return Portal.
Condition Guidelines
- We accept returns/exchanges for unworn, unwashed items. Try-ons are okay.
- We can’t accept items with wear, heavy washing, stains, odors, or pet hair.
Returned-to-Sender
- If a package returns due to an address issue, a reship fee applies (new label + handling). Please double-check your address at checkout.
Processing Times
- We process returns and exchanges within 24–48 hours of receiving your item.
- Refund posting times depend on your payment provider (see above).
