Shipping

We ship to the United States, Canada, Central & South America. We may offer products to other countries someday soon.

We offer both standard and express shipping. Paying extra for shipping does not affect the time it takes to fulfill and create your order. It only shortens the shipping period. 

Standard (Flat Rate): 3-5 business days in the US, 6-10 days in Canada, 5-20 days internationally
Express: 1-3 business days in the US, Canada, and internationally

If you do not see the express option available at checkout, it is not yet offered in your area.

Shipping varies depending on the product type and the destination. This price starts at $3 for tees and goes up from there.

Orders take an average of 3-5 business days (M-F 9pm-6pm) to arrive. This can take longer depending on carrier delays which are widespread right now. I do my best to update these estimates on product pages.

Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product itself. You are responsible for any customs duties.

90% of our orders are shipped via USPS. We also use Fedex, DHL, & UPS depending on the order. We will use the option that we have found works best for your area.

Yes, all orders come with order tracking. Different carriers have different levels of tracking. This will be shown and updating live on your confirmation page. You will be emailed when your order ships and when your order is delivered.

Returns and exchanges

Yup. All new Awake Happy products are hand-printed on a per-order basis. You may return your item for an exchange or refund with 30 days at the self-serve returns portal. All items marked “garage sale” are non-returnable and non-refundable

If your product is not as described or is misprinted in some way I am glad to refund you or send you a new one. If you choose the wrong size, I am happy to help you exchange. Shipping is non-refundable. Please visit our returns page for our full policy.

Yup. All new products are made on demand and qualify for an exchange. You must send back your exchange before getting a new one. Shipping is not refundable and you may have to pay for return postage for your return. Please take a close look at the sizing chart. If you'd like to start an exchange, go here.
