Our 30 Day “Make it Right” Policy
We want to make sure you love your order and if for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, we’re want to make things right. As long as you Submit a return request, we’ll come up with a solution for you.
For any quality issues, please add clear product photos on a flat, well lit surface or a pic of you wearing the item. Please include the sticker that came on the item with the barcode. This expedites your request so I can help you quicker.
Cancellations and Amendments
Everything in our store is made to order handcrafted for you. If you'd like to request to cancel or amend your order, just click the link in the confirmation email or reply any email. You can usually edit your order at any time before it goes into production. This is usually within 24 to 48 hours after you initiate your order. If you want to hold an order, reply to the confirmation email requesting a hold or cancellation.
Once we begin production, you may be eligible for a replacement or some type of resolution depending on the situation. After you’ve received your order, you have 30 days to address any concerns you have.
Quality Issues Including Damage
I run a small shop. If you have a return or exchange request, please submit your return request here. I process all the returns & exchanges myself so please be patient. I will help you faster if you:
- Include a well lit photo demonstrating the poor quality of the print or the damaged area of the item. I use this information to help eliminate errors in future printing.
- Include the barcode in a photo showing the full item.
- Please describe in detail the issue.
You may be required to send your item back to me. If so, I will process your request within 48 hours of receiving your item. If you are not required to ship back your item, your request will be processed within 48 hours of your initial request.
Gift giving is a tough process when it comes to apparel. If you’ve ordered or received an Awake Happy product as a gift and it needs to be returned, our standard policies apply to you.
Washed Or Worn
Please be courteous. We can't except returns that have been worn for a night out on the town or worn to that raging party. We accept returns for unworn products only. If there are signs that the item has been worn or washed, we may not be able to offer you a refund.
I am happy to work with you by resending an item that was lost during transit.
I often see USPS marking orders as delivered days before actual delivery so please keep this in mind.
Please note that if the item was marked as delivered by your carrier, I cannot offer you a refund or return. If your order was marked as delivered, please wait several days before reaching out to the carrier to work this out. The carrier will have a claim submission & they will often reimburse you for the lost item. I cannot create this claim for you.
- PayPal: Any refunds processed will show back up in your Paypal account within 24 business hours. Please note, the refunded amount must be transferred back to your banking institution from your Paypal account.
- Credit Card: Any refunds processed via your credit/debit card will show back up in your bank account within three to five business days.
- Pay Later: If you used one of our "Pay Later" options, these refunds will be processed back to the card on file. Each pay later option has specific terms and conditions that may apply to you.
