Wrong size? Your first size swap on an order is free. Pick Too big or Too small and put the size you want in the note. We'll email you a prepaid label and ship the new size at no cost. One free swap per order. Items should be unworn and unwashed (trying it on is fine).
Change of mind? No problem. You cover return shipping. Once we approve it, mail it to Awake Happy Returns, 217 Wrangler Drive, Coppell, TX 75019, with your order number on a note inside. We refund you to your original payment method once it lands.
Misprint, damage or wrong item? That's on us. Email a quick photo to support@awakehappy.com and we'll send a fresh one or refund you.

Initially, your hoodie might smell a little funny. This is normal and due to the printing process. You'll want to give that a wash straight away so you don't smell weird.
To prolong life & reduce pilling or degradation, follow these care guidelines

Don't wash with jeans. This creates pilling.

Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors.
- I'd also suggest you tie your drawstring into a knot.

Use non-chlorine bleach, only when necessary.

No fabric softeners.

Tumble dry low or hang dry for best results.

Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron decoration.

Never dry clean.
